First up, Milkdrop cushions fit Milkdrop pumps best.

Our cushions are designed specifically to work with our pumps, and come included with every pump purchase.

But, we do fit other pumps too.

If you've already purchased your pump, you can order a standalone set of cushions. There are two types of cushions.

Compatible traditional-style pumps: The traditional cushions fit to Ameda, Ardo, Avent, Baby Buddha, Bellababy, Cimilre, Evenflo, Medela, Minbie, Motif, New Beginnings, Nuk, Pigeon, Spectra, Unimom, Youha, Zomeee.

Compatible wearable/hands-free style pumps: The wearable cushions fit to any circle-shaped pumps including MomCozy, MomMed, Legendairy, Youha, Minbie, MonLait, Mumilk, Tyhan S12, Spectra Cara Cups, Freemie cups, Welcare Nurture.

We're not compatible with oval-shaped wearable pumps e.g. Elvie, Willow, Lansinoh wearable, Medela hands-free or similar.

What about flanges?

The cushions fit most flange sizes.

If you don't have elastic nipples, use the cushion your pump's standard flange (usually 24mm).

If you have elastic nipples, use the cushion with a sizing insert or a smaller flange size to better match your nipple.

Not sure?
XS flanges fit - nipple size up to 15mm and any pump flange size between 15mm and 28mm.
S flanges fit - nipple size 16 to 20mm and any pump flange size between 15mm and 28mm.
M flanges fit - nipple size 21 to 25mm and any pump flange size between 20mm and 28mm.
L flanges fit - nipple size 26 to 30mm and only pump flange sizes 32mm+
