Despite our best design, testing and intentions, it's possible the cushion doesn't work for you. It's not you or your boob, it's just that one size doesn't often fit all.

If the Milkdrop cushion doesn't work for you for any reason within the first 30 days, we will arrange a return.
To be eligible for a return, your cushion must be cleaned (warm soapy water) and dry and close to the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, including the stainless steel tin and lid and cardboard box and instructions.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send you a return shipping bag and label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Although there's no obligation on your part, we would love to speak with you about why the cushion wasn't working for you. There may be design changes that we can make to the cushion in future versions, and your input would be gratefully and respectfully received.
Damages and issues
Please check your cushion when you receive it and contact us immediately if you see any defects or damage so we can make it right.
We will let you know as soon as we've received and checked your returned cushion. If everything is in order, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
