Shipping policy

We ship across Australia and the US. Shipping is free above a certain order size country-wide for standard deliveries (typically 2 to 8 days) and charged at cost for express deliveries (typically 2 to 5 days). Shipping has been difficult to control over the last few years with supply chain issues across the US and Australia, and can occasionally take longer depending on your location. Allows 5 days extra shipping time over Christmas/New Year. Please contact us if you're having issues with your delivery.
