2 / Meditation


There are lots of guided meditations out there for breastfeeding, but not so many for breast pumping itself.


Here's one we like from Carly Eastwold. Why? She works you through winding down for pumping, gives you time to get yourself setup, and even helps you use that pump sound to soothe, rather than stress, you.
